We aim to be fair. If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll help.

1. Digital delivery

After successful payment we deliver a subscription key to your email and/or show it on the success page.

2. When a refund is possible

If you were charged but did not receive a key, or the service cannot be provided due to a technical issue, contact support within 7 days and we will review the case.

3. How to request

Email support@shakemaster.online with your order ID, payment time, and the email used at checkout. We usually respond within 24–72 hours.
