1. What we collect
We collect your email (to deliver the subscription key), payment/order metadata (order ID, plan, status), and basic server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. The app’s local AFK statistics are stored on your PC.
2. How we use data
We use the data to process payments, deliver keys, prevent fraud/abuse, and provide customer support.
3. Third parties
Payments are processed by payment providers; emails may be delivered via our mail provider. We do not sell personal data.
4. Contact & requests
To request deletion or correction of your email/order record, contact support@shakemaster.online and include your order ID.
